Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that on 9 December 2014, MPG Artemis LP Limited has withdrawn as partner of Max Industrial 2 LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP016336 and has transferred its interest in the Partnership to Max Industrial Limited Partner Limited (a private limited company registered in Jersey with number 103680), which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
