Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24 October 2014 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10 November 2014 Jake Desyllas, 20B Sussex Heights, St Margaret’s Place, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 2FR, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jethro Jake De Syllas and assumed the name of Jake Desyllas.
