A meeting of creditors of the above-named company has been summoned by Robert Michael Young (IP Number: 7875) and Steven John Currie (IP Number: 9675), the liquidators under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of receiving the liquidators’ report of the winding up, and determining whether the liquidators should have their release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The meeting will be held on 18 February 2015 at 10.30 am at the offices of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Caverswall Park, Caverswall Lane, Stoke on Trent ST3 6HP.

A proxy form is available which must be lodged with me not later than 17 February 2015 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one. Please note that the joint liquidators and their staff will not accept receipt of completed proxy forms by email. Submission of proxy forms by email will lead to the proxy being held invalid and the vote not cast.
