Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Order of the High Court of Justice Manchester District Registry No. 3401 of 2014 dated 8 December 2014, Paul John Clark (IP Number 8570) of Duff & Phelps Ltd., The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG and David John Whitehouse (IP Number 8699) of Duff & Phelps Ltd., The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester M2 1EW have been removed from office.

In relation to liquidations and bankruptcies, Paul John Clark and David John Whitehouse are entitled to apply to the Secretary of State for their release after the expiry of a period of 28 days commencing with the date of the report to creditors giving notice of the Order. They are released from liability in respect of administrations and company voluntary arrangements 28 days after the date of the report to creditors giving notice of the Order.
