Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 30 September 2014, LGT Investments Limited transferred a portion of its interest in the Partnership to Crown Growth Opportunities S.C.S., SICAV-FIS, and, consequently on such date Crown Growth Opportunities S.C.S., SICAV-FIS became a limited partner in the Partnership.
