At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 66 Earl Street, Maidstone, Kent ME14 1PS on 19 November 2014 at 10.00 am the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily.”

“That Mansoor Mubarik ACA FCCA MABRP (IP No 9667) of Capital Books (UK) Limited, 103 Scotney Gardens, St Peters Street, Maidstone, Kent ME16 0GT be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.”
