Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Hirtle Callaghan Private Equity Fund VII (B), LP transferred to Charles, Frederic & Co., as Nominee for The Bank of New York Mellon as Custodian F/B/O Hirtle Callaghan Private Equity Fund VII (B), LP, 100% of the interest held by it in Doughty Hanson & Co Technology II LP being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP12902 (the “Partnership”), and on that date Charles, Frederic & Co., as Nominee for The Bank of New York Mellon as Custodian F/B/O Hirtle Callaghan Private Equity Fund VII (B), LP was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Hirtle Callaghan Private Equity Fund VII (B), LP ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
