Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 17 November 2014 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Michaela Heeley, of Empirical Insolvency LLP, PO Box 16114, Solihull, B93 3GS, (IP No. 9660) be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held at the same place on the same date, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Michaela Heeley as liquidator.
