NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 28 of the Trustees Act (Northern Ireland) 1958, that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having any claims against or interest in the estate of the above-named deceased, who died 8th August 2014 are hereby required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned Solicitors acting for personal representative of the above named deceased on or before 22nd January 2015 after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
