Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, of a meeting of members for the purpose of laying before the members a report on the administration of the above liquidation and for determining whether the Liquidator may be granted his release under Section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The Meeting will be held at Speedwell Mill, Old Coach Road, Tansley, Matlock, Derbyshire DE4 5FY on 8 December 2014 at 10.00 am.
