“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Stephen McGill and Gilbert John Lemon, both of Smith & Williamson LLP, 3rd Floor, 9 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BJ, (IP Nos 9350 and 9573) be and are hereby appointed Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
