Notice is hereby given to all members of the Scheme and any others claiming a right to benefits under the Scheme that it is to be wound up following the bulk transfer of assets and liabilities to the Inchcape Motors Pension Scheme. The Trustee of the Scheme believes that there are no further individuals who possess an actual or contingent right to benefits under the Scheme. However, if you have not received any communication from the Trustee regarding the Scheme this calendar year and believe you may be entitled to benefits from the Scheme, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name and address and evidence of your entitlement to Jackie Stocker at 22a St James’s Square, London, SW1Y 5LP on or before 30th December 2014. Later claims will not be accepted.
