Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 4.106A of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that Ian David Holland of Ian Holland + Co, The Clock House, 87 Paines Lane, Pinner, Middlesex HA5 3BZ was appointed Liquidator of the Company by the Secretary of State on 22 October 2014.

The Liquidator does not propose to summon a meeting of creditors under section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Liquidator shall summon such a meeting if he is requested, in accordance with the rules, to do so by one-tenth, in value, of the company’s creditors.
