Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Sections 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that annual general meetings of the members and creditors of the above company will be held at the offices of Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, IG10 4PL on 17 November 2014 at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively. The purpose of these meetings is to enable Joint Liquidators to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted in the preceding year and how the property of the company was disposed of. A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. A proxy need not be a member or creditor of the Company. Proxies for both meetings must be lodged at the above address not later than 12 noon of the day preceding the meeting.
