At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 1EZ on 24 October 2014 the following resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a special resolution and No 2 as an ordinary resolution:

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Neil Henry and Michael Simister of Lines Henry Limited, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 1EZ be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators, who are both licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association in the United Kingdom, are empowered to act jointly and severally.

Neil Henry (IP number 8622) and Michael Simister (IP number 9028) both of Lines Henry Limited, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 1EZ were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company on 24 October 2014.
