Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that (1) RBC Dexia Investor Services Trust in its capacity as trustee of the GM Canada Domestic Trust transferred to State Street Trust Company Canada in its capacity as trustee of the GM Canada Domestic Trust, 100% of its interest in Apax Europe VII - B, L.P. being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011815 (the “Partnership”), and State Street Trust Company Canada in its capacity as trustee of the GM Canada Domestic Trust was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership and RBC Dexia Investor Services Trust in its capacity as trustee of the GM Canada Domestic Trust ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership, and that (2) on 1 September 2014 State Street Trust Company Canada in its capacity as trustee of the GM Canada Domestic Trust transferred to GMCH&SP Private Equity II L.P., 100% of its interest in the Partnership and on that date GMCH&SP Private Equity II L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and State Street Trust Company Canada in its capacity as trustee of the GM Canada Domestic Trust ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
