“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan David Bass and Martin John Atkins, both of Harris Lipman LLP, 2 Mountview Court, 310 Friern Barnet Lane, Whetstone, London, N20 0YZ, (IP Nos. 11790 and 9020) insolvency practitioners licensed in the UK by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales respectively, are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
