Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that National Nominees as Nominee for Victorian Workcover Authority transferred to PEC Lawson Holdings Limited 48.4% of the interest held by it in Actis Emerging Markets 3 “A” LP being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP12546 (the “ Partnership ”), and that National Nominees as Nominee for Victorian Workcover Authority ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
