Notice is hereby given that on 1 September 2014 a petition was presented by Stuart Spence, residing at Flat 7/4, The Pinnacle, 160 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 7EA to Glasgow Sheriff Court for restoration of Autoporto Limited to the Register of Companies. In accordance with First Deliverance granted by Glasgow Sheriff Court on 1 September 2014, any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, should lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days of this advertisement.
