At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at McCambridge Duffy LLP, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry on Friday 29 August 2014, the following resolutions were duly passed; No1 as a special resolution and No 2 as an ordinary resolution:

1. That it has been proven to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That James Green of McCambridge Duffy, 35 Templemore Business Park, Northland Road, Derry BT48 0LD be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of its voluntarily winding up.
