WHEREAS BIRMINGHAM HOMES LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number 02784372 was dissolved on 9 July 2013; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Birmingham Homes Limited was heritably vest in ALL and WHOLE (1) the northmost first floor flat (otherwise Flat 1/2) of the tenement 29 Robert Street, Port Glasgow PA14 5RH registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number REN8557, (2) the righthand house on the third floor (otherwise Flat 3/3) of the tenement 9 Robert Street, Port Glasgow PA14 5NW registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number REN25160 and (3) the centre house on the top floor (otherwise Flat 3/2) of the tenement 3 Clune Park Street, Port Glasgow PA14 5RE registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number REN27313; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Birmingham Homes Limited came to my notice on 11 July 2014: Now THEREFORE I, CATHERINE PATRICIA DYER, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the aforesaid heritable properties.
