Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 8 April 2014 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 3 June 2014, as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Anna Rae Hinds Stacey who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Anna Rae Lauren Stacey and assumed the name of Anna Rae Hinds Stacey.
