NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London, WC1R 5EF on 8 October 2014 at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up and how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and to consider the following resolution:
