NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF AN INSOLVENT COMPANY OF THE RE-USE OF A PROHIBITED NAME

On 4 June 2014 the Company went into insolvent liquidation.

I Robert Young of Woodhurst, Cattlegate Road, Crews Hill, Enfield, Middlesex, EN2 8AU was a Director of the above-named company on the day it entered into liquidation. Pursuant to Rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 I hereby give notice that I intend to act in one or more of the ways specified in section 216(3 ) of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with and/or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the Company under the following name:

Georgian & Victorian Property Limited a limited liability company registered in England and Wales under number 9040375 whose registered office is at 869 High Road, North Finchley, London, N12 8QA trading as “Calder PPC” and any derivatives thereof.
