Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 15 July 2014 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth James Lewis, of Lewis Business Recovery and Insolvency, Suite E12, Joseph’s Well, Westgate, Leeds LS3 1AB, (IP No: 14992) be appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 15 July 2014 the appointment of Gareth James Lewis as Liquidator was confirmed.
