At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Maple House, High Street, Potters Bar, Herts EN6 5BS on 14 July 2014 the following resolutions were duly passed; No. 1 as a special resolution and No. 2 as an ordinary resolution:-
1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily”.
2. “That Mr M Arkin of Arkin & Co., Maple House, High Street, Potters Bar, Herts EN6 5BS be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up”.
