Notice is hereby given by Paul Michael Davis and Frederick Charles Satow (IP Nos 7805 and 8326 ), both of MHA MacIntyre Hudson, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ that a meeting of the creditors of London Foodservice Limited is to be held at New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ on 28 July 2014 at 12.30 pm. The meeting is an initial creditors’ meeting under paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and is convened to consider the Joint Administrators’ proposals and to consider resolutions relating to the remuneration, costs and expenses of the Joint Administrators, including remuneration, costs and expenses incurred prior to their appointment. A proxy form should be completed and returned to me by the date of the meeting if you cannot attend and wish to be represented.
