At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Suites 5 & 6, The Printworks, Hey Road, Barrow, Clitheroe BB7 9WB on the 12th June 2014, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Raymond Stuart Claughton of Rushtons Insolvency Limited, 3 Merchant’s Quay, Ashley Lane, Shipley BD17 7DB, (IP No. 119 ), be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the winding-up.”
