LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 June 2014 Blackstone Real Estate Europe Limited transferred 100% of the interest held by it as a limited partner in Australia Real Estate Portfolio UK LP, being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP16042 (the “Partnership”), to Blackstone Real Estate Capital GP Asia LLP, a general partner of the Partnership, and on that date Blackstone Real Estate Europe Limited ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
