LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 24 June 2014, Bengt Braun transferred to Bengt Braun Förvaltnings AB, 100% of the interest held by it in EQT Greater China II Limited Partnership being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011053 (the “Partnership”), and consequently on that date Bengt Braun Förvaltnings AB became a limited partner in the Partnership and Bengt Braun ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
