Notice is hereby given that on 6 June 2014, Pavillion Property Trustees Limited (“PPTL”) transferred the whole of its partnership interest in the Partnership to MEPC Trustee Limited (“MEPC Trustee”) and accordingly, with effect from such date, PPTL retired as a limited partner of the Partnership and MEPC Trustee was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
