At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at the office of Heath Clark Limited, 79 Saltergate, Chesterfield, Derbyshire S40 1JS on 11 June 2014 at 1.00 pm the following Resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a Special Resolution and No 2 as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That Annette Reeve be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up”.
