Notice is hereby given that an application for the appointment of a Liquidator of Titan Ocean Bulk Logistics Limited (“the Company”) care of Offshore Incorporations Limited, Offshore Incorporations Centre, PO Box 957, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, by the High Court of Justice was on 20 February 2014 filed at the said Court by Global Maritime Investments Cyprus Limited. Any creditor or contributory of the Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said application may appear at the hearing on 24 June 2014 at 9.00 am by himself or his counsel for that purpose and a copy of the application will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
