At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 122 Hither Green Lane, Hither Green, London, SE13 6QA on 12 May 2014 at 1:45 pm the following Resolutions were duly passed as a SPECIAL RESOLUTION and an ORDINARY RESOLUTION respectively:

“THAT it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly, that the Company be wound up voluntarily.”

“THAT Mansoor Mubarik of Capital Books, 103 Scotney Gardens, St Peters Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME16 0GT be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of the winding up.”
