NATIONAL EXPRESS UK PENSION SCHEME
PENSION SCHEME IN WIND UP
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given that the National Express UK Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) is in wind-up. The wind up process formally commenced on 7 April 2014. The Trustees have sent a notice to this effect to all known Members of the Scheme (for whom we hold contact details).
Any other person who has not already been contacted by the Trustees who is, or believes that he or she is a member of the Scheme, or anyone who believes they have any interest, claim or entitlement to benefits in the Scheme is asked to write and provide details of their membership, interest, claim or entitlement to the Trustees of the National Express UK Pension Scheme, at the following address:

Please quote the following information in your correspondence:
Full name
Date of birth
National Insurance number
You must contact us within 2 months of the date of publication of this notice (i.e. no later than 19 July 2014).
As soon as possible after the expiry of the 2 month period, the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons entitled to them, having regard only to claims of which they then have had notice. The Trustees of the Scheme shall not then be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice by the date stated in this announcement.
