It is ordered that:
1. Upon reading a letter from the Petitioning Creditor’s Solicitors dated 23 April 2014 confirming that the Petitioning Creditor’s Solicitors have not been notified of any supporting Creditors, the Petition presented to the Court on 22 July 2013 and advertised in The London Gazette on Tuesday 28 March 2014 be dismissed.
2. The Petitioning Creditor will publish notice of the dismissal of the Petition in The London Gazette pursuant to Rule 45.54 Insolvency Rules within 21 days of the date of this order.
