THE GREENWICH (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (CALDERWOOD STREET CAR PARK) (AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER 2014

• 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough of Greenwich on 2nd May 2014 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 35 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. The Order will come into operation on 12th May 2014.
• 2 The general effect of the Order will be to introduce Articles for the provision of parking bays within the Calderwood Street Car Park that will be marked for the use of electric vehicles whilst charging at a charging post provided within the vicinity of such parking bays. The charges for leaving a vehicle in such a parking bay and the hours that a vehicle may be left in such a parking bay will be the same as the existing charges and hours for the other parking bays within the Calderwood Street Car Park.

• 4 The Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection during normal office hours until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, at the Directorate of Regeneration, Enterprise and Skills, Strategic Transportation, Royal Borough of Greenwich, The Woolwich Centre, 35 Wellington Street, SE18 6HQ.
• 5 If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for that purpose to the High Court.
