“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Robert Neil Dymond and Gemma Louise Roberts, both of Wilson Field Limited, The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield, S11 9PS, (IP Nos. 10430 and 9701) be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.” The appointments of Robert Neil Dymond and Gemma Louise Roberts were confirmed by the creditors.
