Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 85 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the following resolutions were passed by the members of the above-named Company on 17 April 2014 :

That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That Imogen CM Davidson of Baines & Ernst Corporate Limited, Lloyds House, 18-22 Lloyd Street, Manchester M2 5BE be appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 17 April 2014 the appointment of Imogen CM Davidson as Liquidator was confirmed.
