Notice is hereby given that City of Derry Building Society, Register No. NIB3, whose principal office is at 43 Carlisle Road, Londonderry BT48 6JJ, desires to transfer its engagements to Progressive Building Society, Register No. NIB11, and that each Society has applied to the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) to confirm the transfer.

Notice is hereby given that Progressive Building Society, Register No. NIB11, whose principal office is at Progressive House, 33/37 Wellington Place, Belfast BT1 6HH, desires to accept a transfer of the engagements of City of Derry Building Society, Register No. NIB3, and that each Society has applied to the PRA to confirm the transfer.

Any interested party may make written representations to the PRA and/or give notice of intention to make oral representations to the PRA with respect to the application. Written representations or notices of a person’s intention to make oral representations at a hearing should be received by the Prudential Regulation Authority, Banks and Mutuals Department, 3rd Floor, 20 Moorgate, London EC2R 6DA, or by e-mail to cityofderrybs-representations@bankofengland.co.uk on or before 19 May 2014. If notice is given of oral representations these will be heard by the PRA on 3 June 2014, at a time and place to be determined by the PRA.
