London Borough of Barking and Dagenham
(SPECIAL PARKING AREAS) (AMENDMENT NO. 58) ORDER 2014
Notice is hereby given that The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham on the 17th day of April 2014 made the above Order under Sections 6 and 124 and Parts I to IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and all other enabling legislation and powers, and after consultation with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis in accordance with Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Act, intend to make the above mentioned Order.
The effect of the Order will :
- a prohibit waiting at any time and loading and unloading at any time for various lengths and in various locations in the following roads:
Crown Street
Ibscott Close
Lake Gardens
Larks Grove
Sterry Gardens
Sterry Road
Thornhill Gardens
Whyhill Walk
- b prohibit no waiting 7am – 7pm Monday to Sunday over a short length in Sterry Gardens
- a introduce disabled parking bays in various locations in the following roads:
Ibscott Close (2no.)
Warrington Road
Wyhill Walk
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers of the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or any Regulations under it have not been complied with may do so within six weeks of the date of the Order by applying to the High Court.
