Notice is hereby given, as required by Legislation section: Rule 4.54 of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that a meeting of creditors will be held at 601 High Road Leytonstone, London E11 4PA on 2 May 2014 at 10.00 am . The meeting has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purposes of considering the formation of a creditors’ committee, fixing the basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration by reference to the time properly given by the Liquidator and his staff in attending to matters arising in the liquidation, agreeing the Liquidator’s disbursements (including those known as Category 2 disbursements) and to authorise the Liquidator to appoint solicitors and agents of his choice. To be entitled to vote at the meeting, a creditor must lodge at Ashcrofts, 601 High Road Leytonstone, London E11 4PA, by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the date fixed for the meeting, a proof of debt and (if the creditor is not attending in person) a proxy.
