Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 16 May 2014 at 10.00am (members) and 10.15am (creditors) at Nelson House, Park Road, Timperley, Cheshire, WA14 5BZ, for the purpose of showing how the winding up has been conducted, the property of the company disposed of and to authorise the release of the Liquidator.

A proxy form must be lodged with the liquidator at Hodgsons, Nelson House, Park Road, Timperley, Cheshire, WA14 5BZ no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding working day.
