THE CITY OF LONDON CORPORATION hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under Section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of highway at 121 and 123 London Wall, EC2Y 5DA

IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping up will be authorised only in order to enable development described in the Schedule to this Notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by the City of London Corporation on 17th December 2013 under reference number 13/00583/FULL.

COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND RELEVANT PLAN MAY BE INSPECTED between the hours of 9.15am and 5pm Monday to Friday during the 28 days commencing on the 15th April 2014 at the offices of the City of London, Guildhall North Wing, Basinghall Street, London, EC2V 7HH or may be obtained free of charge by post from the City of London (quoting reference PC 583) at the address stated below.

ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT to the making of the proposed Order within the above period in writing to The City Planning Officer, City of London, PO Box 270, Guildhall, London, EC2P 2EJ, quoting the above reference.

In preparing an objection it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and that those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it.

THE SCHEDULE

Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 47 of planning permission 10/00832/FULEIA dated 26 August 2011 to enable: (a) introduction of additional split basement level to accommodate tenant plant, and removal of plant from roof space; (b) increase in useable office space and omission of louvers in facades as a result of relocation of plant to basement; (c) relocation of all recycling, cycles and changing facilities to basement levels; (d) increase in office areas at lower levels of 121 London Wall Place; (e) consolidation of landscaping and increase in areas of soft landscaping; (f) relocation of main retail element from 121 to 123 London Wall Place; (g) reconfiguration and relocation of cores within 121 and 123 London Wall Place; (h) reduction to 1 x no. public lift serving the highwalk and public realm; (i) revision to position of perimeter security line to within the development demise; (j) reconfiguration and reorientation of the Bassishaw Highwalk bridge and the Alban Highwalk; (h) eastern extension to the lobby area at 123 London Wall Place.
