Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, pursuant to an assignment on 31 March 2014, Old Broad Street Properties Limited transferred part of its interest in Grosvenor London Office Fund, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP006666 to Harvester Properties Limited, acting in its capacity as nominee for The National Farmers Union Mutual Society Limited and N.F.U. Mutual Insurance Pension Fund Trust Company Limited, each acting in their capacity as trustees of Oaks Property Trust.
