On 7 March 2014, Marris Limited, t/a Chem-Dry Red Dragon was placed into insolvent liquidation.

I, Barry Clements, of The Old Post Office, Porthryd, Llanwrda, Carmarthenshire SA19 8DE, was a Director of Marris Limited, t/a Chem-Dry Red Dragon during the period of 12 months ending with the day before the date of liquidation. Pursuant to Legislation section: Rule 4.228 of the Legislation: Insolvency Rules 1986, I give notice that it is my intention to act in one or more of the ways specified in Legislation section: Section 216(3) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, in connection with, or the purpose of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the Insolvent Company under the name of DBJC Limited, t/a Chem-Dry Red Dragon.
