Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 31 March 2014, there was transferred to INARCASSA – Cassa Nazionale di Previdenza ed Assistenza per gli Ingegneri ed Architetti Liberi Professionisti all of the interest held by The Royal Bank of Scotland plc in BlueGem L.P., a limited partnership registered in England & Wales with number LP011796, and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc ceased to be a limited partner in BlueGem L.P. with effect from that date.
