NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER OF BONA VACANTIA
COMPANIES ACT 2006
THSP PROPERTIES LIMITED
(formerly Thorn High Street Properties Limited)
WHEREAS THSP PROPERTIES LIMITED (FORMERLY THORN HIGH STREET PROPERTIES LIMITED), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number 00553249 was dissolved on 31 January 2012; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said THSP PROPERTIES LIMITED (FORMERLY THORN HIGH STREET PROPERTIES LIMITED) was the Tenant under a lease entered into between J. Saville Gordon Properties Limited and Thorn High Street Properties Limited, dated 28 January 1988 and 8 February 1988 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 14 March 1988 and registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number GLA35430 of ALL and WHOLE the shop premises on the ground floor at 549 Duke Street, Glasgow, the Landlord’s interest now being registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Number GLA35429; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said THSP PROPERTIES LIMITED (FORMERLY THORN HIGH STREET PROPERTIES LIMITED) came to my notice on 13 March 2014: Now THEREFORE I, CATHERINE PATRICIA DYER, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
