John David Stringer and Josephine Stringer both of 44 Chatsworth Avenue, Pontefract WF8 2UP give notice to all former Creditors of The Outlet Brotherton Limited (Company No 8051535) that they were Directors of and involved in the management of The Outlet Brotherton Limited (Company No 8051535) during the 12 months ending with the day before it went into Creditors’ voluntary liquidation and that they intend to act in one or more of the ways to which Legislation section: Section 216(3) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 applies in connection with or for the purposes of carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent Company under the name: Yorkshire Outlet Limited (Company No 8833030).
