Current and former customers of the following entities are requested to write to RBS Group with the appropriate documentary evidence if they believe that any of these entities hold assets or money on their behalf:

• RBS Financial Products plc (formerly NatWest Financial Products plc)

• RBS Equities (UK) Limited (formerly ABN AMRO Equities (UK) Limited, Hoare Govett Securities Limited) with assets registered to RBOS Nominees Limited (formerly Hoare Govett Nominees Limited)

• RBOS (UK) Limited (formerly RBS Hoare Govett Limited, Hoare Govett Limited, Hoare Govett Corporate Finance Limited, Hoare Govett Underwriting Limited) with assets registered to RBOS Nominees Limited (formerly Hoare Govett Nominees Limited)

• RBS plc – RBS Securities Services Division

• RBS Trust Bank Limited Claims with the appropriate documentary evidence should be sent in writing, copies (not originals), clearly stating which entity the claim is being made against, account or product details and any relevant correspondence.
